Aberdeenshire Conservatives have three sub branches:
- West Aberdeenshire and Kincardine
- Gordon and Buchan
- Aberdeenshire North and Moray East
West Aberdeenshire and Kincardine branch covers the Westminster seat of West Aberdeenshire and Kincardine, as well as three Holyrood seats; Aberdeenshire West, Aberdeen Deeside and North Kincardine, and Angus North and Mearns.
Within the WAK Branch, there are 6 council wards that come fully under the branch and 3 that are shared with the neighbouring Gordon and Buchan branch. These council wards are:
